Changing Country back

Hi,

I used to have Spotify Premium in Germany but cancelled it to the free plan. Then I went on a business trip to India where I bought Spotify cards and reactivated Premium individual.

Now I am back in Germany and there seems to be no way to convince Spotify that I am not in India anymore. Any hints on what to do would be highly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out.

Since you've used a payment method from India to pay for Premium, your country setting is set to India as well. You'll need to wait until the remaining Premium time has run out before you'll be able to change your country setting.

If you don't want to wait, there's a way to end the Premium plan immediately and revert back to Spotify free so that you can change your country setting. If that's something you'd like to do, let me know.
