Changing Country

I am trying to update my country in Spotify, however the step #4 on How to Change your Country for premium users (click here <...>) does not come up on my page. I have tried entering my new credit card details for the new country but it doesn't accept it. Any ideas for what to do?

Hey @PatienceA,

So you have tried changing it at Spotify.com - Account - Edit profile - Change country. 
Otherwise, have you connected your Spotify via Facebook. The only way for you to change your country when created your account via Facebook is on Facebook.

Yes, those are the steps I tried to follow, however the button that it says to press to modify my country does not appear on my screen.

I am not connected via Facebook. Any other ideas?
