Changing Country!!

I lived in the Unites and set up my free spotify account in the US. However I have moved to Germany temporarily and I would like to be able to listen to my spotify playlists while im here. The website will not allow me to change my country and sends me into this never ending loop of me going to my profile then clicking on the link for help and having it put right back to my profile where I started. Is there any REAL solution?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

if you are not on a premium subscription (allows you to use Spotify abroad indefinately), I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify may be able to change the country for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
