Changing Login Details from FB to a new Spotify Acct

I need some help--my username is NOT my full name, but another User/account with my facebook name and photo are showing up as a "user" that I should add. This other account has no playlist. I am not connected to FB so how do I get rid of this other empty account? It's confusing my friends that are trying to find me.
