Do I have to cancel my personal account or if I upgrade to Family it will change automatically.?

Hey @rlopezvega,


When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time you've already paid for is converted into a Premium for Family subscription. This can bring your next payment date forward. (See your subscription page.)

So no need to cancel your Premium subscription as it's being cancelled automatically. 🙂

So why is it that, when changing from a Premium Personal account to a Family Premium account, the Spotify website says "The monthly billing date will be on or around the same date the owner first subscribed." The truth is that they will bring the billing date forward according to when in your billing month you change the account. Why not just tell the truth instead of lying to your customers?
