Changing a postcode on account

I have Premium for Family and have sent my son an invite. The postcode on his profile (he has a free membership) is incorrect - its just 12345. We have logged into his account to correct the password but keep getting error message "We're sorry, that email is taken." This does not making any sense as we are logged in and not trying to change the email address. My son's account is not associated with a facebook account as he has no facebook account. All we want to do is to correct the postcode so we do not have issues with Premium for Family going forward. Thanks.

Does he have any trouble if he tries updating his postal code using an incognito window?

 

Ask him to give it a go and keep us posted on the results 🙂
