Changing account information

Hello all,

I want to change my adress on this website. But when i do spotify says that the e-mail adress is already in use. But i didn't change my e-mail and the e-mail that is filled in is my current spotify log in. So i can't change any information.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

It's possible you have another account registered with the same email address. If that's the case, we suggest you close the account following these steps.

If that's not the case, try updating your email address using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.
