Changing account settings

Hello,

I recently created a spotify account and I choose the option to log in through facebook. 

However, this requires me to log in to facebook everytime I want to log in to Spotify, and I don't want that.

I want to choose a username for my account and change the password independent from facebook. Then I want to disconnect them.

How do I do this? I already found how to disconnect from the facebook account, however then i am unable to change both my username or password. (I can't even log in) Spotify also will not allow me to make a new account with the same E-mail adress.

Can anyone help me?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login. You will need to create a new Spotify account that uses a username, and include that username with the description of your problem when you are contacting support.
