Changing accounts - closed email account

hi there, i presently have a premium subscription. my profile name is "XXX". This profile is linked to my Facebook account. The email used by facebook is an old one (**bleep**). Yahoo has since closed this account for reasons of inactivity. I have subsequently updated my email on facebook to my current one (**bleep**), but when i ask to change my password for the profile, the system sends the link to the yahoo (closed) account. I would like to either transfer my premium subscription to my current profile (**bleep**), or cancel the subscription in favour of the old profile, so i can upgrade my current one to premium. please assist! thanks, V.

Thanks for reaching out. It seems that instead of replacing the email address, you have created a new account. Double check this with these steps and if you indeed have two accounts, you can delete one of them, and if necessary, after 14-30 days have passed the email address of that account would be freed up and you can use it on the other one.
