My premium account is about to expire because I cannpt update my card payment to a USA card.

 

I have followed the steps detailed on how to do this but something isn't updating because it just keep getting the same message. I clicked change country to USA and then put in USA card details and clicked update payment details but it still tells me to change the country and the cost is still in pounds not dollars.

Could you try the following?

 

  1. Clean browser's cache
  2. Try incognito mode
  3. Try with another browser

If you're still unable to change the country, contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

 

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉

I tried it in a different browser and it still didn't work.
