Changing country after using gift card from another country

Spotify recently available in my country (Israel)

I used Philippines gift card to use spotify premium until now

 

I want to change the country to Israel but it's grey and locked to Philippines.

I added my israeli paypal account and it says now the when my current premium ends (2nd july 2018) i will be charched in Israeli currency.

 

How can I change it  ?

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to Support to see what they can suggest.
They'll be able to take a closer look backstage.


You can do this via one of the below ways:

Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Your account's country setting will be updated to Israel on July 2, 2018. There's unfortunately no way to speed this up 🙂

And if I'm willing to give up on that time, cancel the gift card and start regular premium.
