Changing country and card details

I am having problems changing my location. I have just come from New Zealand and cannot change my location back to the uk, when I try to edit my location I simply cannot click on the country option. I try to change my card details to my uk card but once I've entered my details and clicked next its says "this seems to be a uk card, change location to uk before continuing". I then click a button which appears and says "change location to uk" , when I click this button nothing happens and I am just sent back to the changing card details page. It's just an annoying circle of not being able to change either my location or payment method. Please help
