Changing country and payment

Hello guys

Recently moved to the New Zealand from the UK.

I have managed to change country and to update my card payments, however I know that premium costs $9.99 in NZ but my card is being charged $12.99. Any ideas why or how to change that???

Spotify's Premium rate in New Zealand is at ~11.23 USD or at local price of ~12.99 NZD 🙂 You can check this information from here: http://mts.io/projects/spotify-pricing/

@GBaggio @MaryS @kbrookscI hope you don't mind me jumping in on this too. I had a similar experience. I changed the country but the next day I logged in on Spotify.com and the country had changed back.

It might be worth checking on Spotifty.com to see which Country it says on the Account overview page.

If your country has changed back to UK you can tweet @SpotifyCares and they can talk you through it. I did that and they were able to sort it out for me 🙂

If @GBaggio is paying for Spotify with an NZ payment card, then his acccount should stay registered to New Zealand, and he'd be paying for Premium for $12.99 local price.
