Changing country from US to Canada

I signed up for Spotify when I was living in the US. I've since moved to Canada and can't use the app because I'm out of country. I tried editing my profile but can't change the country. Do I have to create a whole new account??

Hey @MegC86,

you should be able to change your country like this:

1. With a free account you can do this by visiting your account page here.
2. Change your country and post code.
3. Click save profile

 

1. If you got a premium account visit your subscription page with this link.
2. Click update
3. Click ...
4. Than click Change Country and enter your payment method with a billing address.
5. Than click change payment details.
6. Now your country should have changed.
