Could someone please tell me how to change my country setting ? I was a Premium member, wanting to change my payment details but my current card didn't match my country listed on my account. I cancelled my Premium subscription thinking I would be able to change my country on the Free subscription but no, my country option is still grey and won't scroll down.

Not the same person, but i have the exact problem. How do I change this from USA to new zealand

My current country is France. I'm trying to switch to New Zealand, since my french card is expiring soon and want to switch to paying with my NZ card. But can't change the country as you see on the screenshot, and card details can't be updated because my NZ card doesn't match with my country set on France ...

Can you please try the following things:

  • Following the steps listed here using an incognito window
  • Clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if it makes a difference
  • Following the steps in the article linked above, but on a different device
  • Using a different payment method, ensuring the card meets the requirements listed here
