Changing country

I am trying to change the country from Germany to Belgium where I have moved for my Spotify family account. However I am using a PayPal account to pay so changing my payment method does not work!! How do I change the country to get my family accounts working???

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If you permanently move to another country or region, you need to update your payment method to one that's issued there:

1. Log in to your account page. 
2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method. 
3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region. 

Make sure that the PayPal account's country is Belgium instead of Germany. 

The country setting change in your Spotify account will take effect from your next billing date. 🙂
