Changing email and password

My Question or Issue

 So I recently shut down my newest spotify account which used my current email. The spotify account that I use on a daily basis is connected to an email account that is shut down. 

The problem is that when I try to change the email on my spotify account, it asks me to confim with my password, which i dont rememberm because I always use facebook to log in. I'm worried that if I try to reset my password, it will be sent to my old email, which means that I will not be able to read and accept the reset of my password. What to do?

I suggest trying to change the email on you facebook... not sure if that will work. have a nice day!
