Changing facebook

Hello there,

I created my spotify account via facebook but I had to delete that facebook and create a new one (Someone got in, started sending ppl stuff etc..) Is there any way how to change facebook profiles in Spotify? 

I tried changing mails, doesnt work. I dont have disconnect from facebook in my desktop app so can't do that.
