Changing my credit card

Changing my credit card

I've been trying to change the credit card on my profile from a Singaporean card to a Canadian one, I keep getting a message that says Spotify isn't available in Canada (which is not true) - what could I do to fix this?

It's odd that this is happening. Can you try these steps from a computer using an incognito window?

Hey Nelson, 

 

Thanks for your reply. I tried doing what you suggested, I get the same error message. When I enter my new details, I get a pop up window that recognizes my card as Canadian and asks me to confirm that I'm changing my country to Canada. When I confirm that, my page refreshes and the price on the left side is in Euros which is also a little strange to me. And when I put my credit card details in again I get a message that Spotify is not available in my country (this is what I've been seeing all along).
