Changing or Resetting password

I forgot my password & it won't let me change it without knowing what the old one is. If I knew that, I wouldn't have to change it. Doesn't make sense. Why can't I have a link to just change it. All my music is on here.

It will not allow me to click on the line that says "Confirm Password". If I click on "edit" it wants current password which I don't know. Makes no sense to me. Is there some way to retrieve or override so that I may get the old one or create a new password. This is frustrating. I canceled my premium service because I'm in between jobs but now I can't even get in to listen to anything.
