Hi, I'm trying to change the password to my account but all I get is This email is used by another account.

Hey @kaisamathilda ! Welcome to the community ๐Ÿ™‚

This normally happens when you accidentally have two accounts in the system, both registered with the same email address (its possible due to how Facebook logins work). If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to remove the extra one for you, so you can then change your password. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
