Changing phones and no longer premium

Please help!

 

I previously had a Samsung S5 with Spotify Premium linked to my Google Home. I now have an S7, have downloaded and linked Spotify and Google Home again and when i ask Google to play songs it says I do not have Premium. 

When I go to my settings on Spotify it also says I am on Spotify Free. I've looked through my bank account to cancel and restart Premium, and can't find it anywhere. 

I've tried uninstalling Google Home and Spotify, logging out and restarting my phone. I'm at a complete loss.

Could you try to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

No, that hasn't worked. It still says I'm on a free account.
