Changing playlist when changing song

My spotify have recently begun an uncontrollable issue. Everytime i play a playlist, a song from that playlist starts. But as soon as i change, og spotify automaticly goes to the next song, it changes to songs from other playlists. What is even wierder is the fact that spotify still claims its playing a track from the playlist a played. however, this is wrong. Does anyone know why this is happening, and how i can fix it?

It looks like you've got some songs in your Queue. Please double check this by clicking on the icon close to the volume control, on the bottom right corner of the desktop app. Then just delete the songs you don't want.
