Changing the billing cycle Premium - withdrawal options, why?

Hello,

 

Why there is no possibility to change the billing cycle? To date the option was available with a choice of the appropriate dots with the appropriate variant of payment for subscription. Why have withdrawn the offer only for computers? Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your reply.

Which options are you referring to exactly? 

 

The only option I can think that has been removed lately is the renewing yearly subscription, which has been removed but it is still possible to buy 12 months in advanced as a eCard to yourself.

Once there were three plans: Free, Ultimate (only for computers) and Premium (for computers and mobile devices).

Now I see that it is just a plan Free and Premium.

On the other hand, in terms of subscription options that until now was an option that allowed select the payment cycle, namely:

- Monthly
- Every year

Now I see that this setting was deleted, why?

Not sure why it has been removed other than being told it has, although you can still buy time in advance as a gift or eCard

 

Unlimited has been removed from the main website since a most of the features of an unlimited account are now identical to Spotify free (apart from Unlimited will remove advertising in the desktop client) after the recent changes. If you are in a country where unlimited was available in the past, it continues to be available to you, just go to the get unlimited page to sign up.

where is the setting to change to 12 months billing?

It used to be in the manage account settings. Now when I go there it says "we are said to see you go" and offers to cancel account.

 

It is a pain to log in every month for a receipt and I would like to get billed yearly.

 

Any idea where the setting to chose 12 months billing moved to?

The 12 month subscription option was removed some months ago. The only way to do this now is using a spotify e-card. I don't recall seeing an official explanation but I suspect that more folk were selecting the 12 month option by mistake than from choice.
