Changing the phone number on my account

My Question or Issue

So, let me start by saying that having no livechat, no contact form, no phone number is unacceptable on a company where you are paying a monthly service. I have tried another music app before and can't use it, thats the only reason I still use spotify. Will change as soon as I see that I get a good UX somewhere else.

To the point of this question: I have downloaded the data that spotify has of me, and noticed the phone number I have on my account is an old phone number, and for the life of me I can't find where to change it. Anyone knows where to do this change?

You might be able to update your telephone number on the Account Overview page: https://spotify.com/account.

Hey Maxim, thanks for you help.

That was actually the first place I searched, and the phone number isn't available there. I'm sending below a print screen

I have actually search in all the menus, more than once, just to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious 🙂

Okay. It actually solved the issue. It had to be an agent changing the phone number for me. I can't change it on my own.

Hey DuncaN71,

If you don't have the option to change the phone number on your profile, that change has to be made by an agent.

As Maxim suggested, go to https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ and contact them via livechat.
