Changing the postcode on the profile?

Hello, I have my spotify account linked with my facebook account. For the purpose of the family subscription, I wanted to change my postal code. Currently, in my account view this field exists, but is empty; however, when I want to edit my account details the postcode field does not appear at all. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I still have the issues with the Postal code, i already change the postal code in my facebook account  but doesn't reflect in my spotify account, what should i do?.

Hi, I changed my city on my Facebook profile a few weeks ago and my Spotify location still hasn't changed. Is there another way to change the location?

I am facing the exact same problem - my postal code on Facebook differs from the one on Spotify and I do not know how to change the Spotify one then.

What shall I do?

I had the same problem! Just live chat with them in 5 minutes and they change it for you. He said he would let the DEVS know it's not working through the Facebook feature.

Hi Pavi1419!

Just to confirm - did you sign out everywhere on Spotify and re-login? I know mine did not update until I did. I also made sure that my Facebook had the same address on file.

Just a quick update.

Changing zip codes via Facebook doesn't work anymore. It's also not possible to change it on your Account page.
