Chaning Payment Info

I have a new credit card that I want to add to pay for my account but I am having issues changing the payment info. I log into spotiy, select my account, select manage subscription, and get brought to the screen where "Update Details" is displayed. I clicked on this several times on multiple browsers and nothing happens. The browsers goes through the loading process but I am still brought nowhere and not given an option to change the payment information. Please help!
