Charge Family Premium price without changing plan

hallllo,

I got charged the Family Premium price this month with out ever changing to the plan. I went into my account to see that I was now subscribed as a Family member. I've now changed it back to Premium. How do I get a refund of the difference between the more exspensive Family Premium price to the normal Premium price?

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
