Charge confusion - not getting premium

Charge confusion - not getting premium

I'm with Spotify France, and have a payments problem.

 

The systems on one hand say I use card "x", and that it has expired, which it has. But I have been using anotjher card since Oct 2014 and have been billed every month on 21st, including for January.

 

Yesterday I started getting adverts and the system thinks I am on the free version despite my accoun page having a receipt for payment from three days ago. This is a two or three year old subscription, so this is weird

 

Any ideas?

J'ai payé mais mon compte n'a pas été mis à jour

Je suis un abonné Premium pendant 2 ans - hier, je ai commencé à recevoir des annonces . Le compte est foiré . Vous pensez que je ne payais pas , mais je payez . Le système dit de la carte est expirée , mais sur la page qui documente paiements, il montre le dernier paiement était Janvier 21. Détails ci-dessous .



Vous payez avec

Mais sous le historique des paiements il dit:
