Charge on Smart Postpaid account but still Premium subscription paused

Charge on Smart Postpaid account but still Premium subscription paused

Hi Spotify team,

 

My Premium Subscription is still paused. I verified with Smart that my postpaid account was charged 129 pesos on 1/28/2017 but until now my Spotify Premium subscription is still paused. Tried to relogin and re-install app still not working. Please help.
