I need help. Spotify charge me for family 149 nok pr month but it says i only have sptify free. They charged me 5 days ago an i ordered this 2 months ago. Now we cant listen more than 1 at a time but i pay for family.

Hey @user-removed,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
