Charged 0.99 for 3 months premium but I dont have It

I did the Get Premium for 0.99, but something failed at the end, the money was charged to my bank account but I still dont have the premium account. (I can post some pics of the transaction if you need)

I did all the steps of the article but I still have the free account.

Its like it had never upgrade because in the main page it says that I have a Free account, but they charged me the money anyways.

Hey, it's the same here. I wanted to upgrade to premium for 3 months for 0.99 and it charged me, but I am still on free account. I don't care about the 1 euro, I would pay it again but what if it's gonna do the same? How can I get premium?????

same with me. paypal transaction was completed and i was still a free user. i entered a voucher after that to extend my account, now i have premium but only 1 month instead of 4.

what shall i do now?
