Charged 3 Times When Getting Premium

Charged 3 Times When Getting Premium

Hello,

 

I recently joined Spotify premium via the discount for students. During this process, I was charged 3 separate times ($5 each). The first time (about a week ago) I went through the process, I did not have student verification on me and was charged when I entered my credit card information. Today I started the process again today and was charged when I entered my credit card info, and I sent in my student verification. I had to re-enter my credit card information after my verification was confirmed, and I was charged again. Any way I can get those $10 back?

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/.
