Charged 3 times and still not on premium

Charged 3 times and still not on premium

I'm trying to get premium and I'm still on trial version. My credit card got charged 3 times. M I updated my phone, reinstalled the app, logged out, signed back in. I literally tried everything but I still don't get premium.
