Charged 3 times in 1 month!

Charged 3 times in 1 month!

I have been charged three times this month, once on the 1st December for £9.99 for my premium subscription, then again on the 14th December for £9.99 and then again on the 15th December for £9.99! Could I please get some help wit this as I shouldn't be charged this much per month.

Hi there! Do you have more than one account? 

Go to your account settings and take a look at your receipts https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/

Does it says that you've been charged 3 times there? And to the same username? Or do you have receipts for more than one username there?

 

I have only one account which is melissa.raybone (I have just realised that I am currently signed in on my partners account but the issue is with mine). I have checked my receipts and they have all been charged to my account - melissa.raybone.

Alright. You should then contact Spotify through this form https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ (remember to sign in on your own account first)

Youll get an email, answer to that even if it's from a do not reply address. 

Youll get an answer from Spotify usually within 24-48 hrs.
