Hi. Last month I've activated the promotion for a 3 month subscription at 9.99 euro although I'm being charged 9.99 euro a Month!!!! I want to get my money back and this service extended until the end of November as I've legitimately complied to the offer and I got switched to this monthly payment, I have switched on purpose from Deezer, it's unacceptable!! I wish to get this solved, get my funds back as now I've been charged twice rather than having this active for 3 months at 9.99 as advertised. I have already filed a complaint with PayPal to lock the second payment and I wish to have Spotify back to this matter asap. Can you please support? Thanks
