Charged £9.99 for free trial - cannot use email as contact!

I signed up using an email address that rejects emails - use it to limit spam going into my normal address! So I cannot use that as contact so can't use the help form. 

I tried to get the free premium trial but it said my card number wouldn't let me have it, so tried again incase it was a mistake. It then said it had charged £9.99 to my account! I have cancelled my premium subscription. What can I do to stop it taking 9.99 from my account??!
