Charged After Payments turned off

I signed up to get my free month of Spotify and then turned off reoccuring payments. To my surprise, I was charged the money anyway. 

Would love the money back but that's not going to happen with such a massive company...do I just have to suck it up?

Hi @Brandon67 I'm sorry you're having this issue I'd suggest you contact support to help you through with this. By the way if your subscription was through Apple, you may need to contact them at getsupport.apple.com and they'll be happy to help with your refund.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
