Hi guys,

Please help me with this problem. So I upgraded my Spotify this past weekend and I got charged twice for it but didn't even get the premium version.

I think the access email goes into my facebook email, which I no longer use. I just changed my primary email on facebook but the information didn't seem to change on Spotify account. I filled out the contact form twice explaining that I have changed to my new email but they haven't got back to me. 

So, how do I get in touch with them? Because if I fill out an online contact form, the email will keep going to my Facebook email. 

Please help!!
