That's odd. I'd recommend you try getting in touch with a member of the Spotify staff directly so that they can take a look backstage for you. You can do that by dropping them a line on social media like Facebook or Twitter, or by using the contact form. Make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive if you use the latter, even if it comes from a no-reply address. Support gets back within 24-48 hours :)
