Charged THREE TIMES for 1 month's subscription!

Charged THREE TIMES for 1 month's subscription!

My payment was processed for THIS account was processed October 3rd!

 

WHY am I being charged TWO MORE TIMES for October (once on the 5th, once on the 7th)?!?

 

Also, I tried to switch my email address to my new one (dan.strayer@aol.com), and is says I already have an account using that address!

 

I do not!

 

Please resolve this!

Hey there!

 

This sounds like an issue with the payment system. 

I would strongly recommend you contact the payments team directly using the online contact form. They are the top people to help you resolve this issue!

 

If you get an automated reply to your query, reply again to the email with your message and it will be send to an agent who will be able to help you 🙂
