Even though I have 1 acct I was charged twice for my premium acct.

@dsa_7 Is correct, unfortunately their is not much we are able to do here on the community regarding billing, but here is some steps to try and figure put what happened:


If you've been double charged the chances are you got double Premium 🙂

You can check here and your next payment date should be two Billing cycles away instead of one 🙂

What can I do about this.

Hi there! Here on the Community, we can't deal with issues such as billing because that's managed by Spotify. If you contact Spotify (you can find a link to the contact form on the Help pages), I'm sure they will be happy to tell you what's gone on. Thank you.
