Charged Twice

For the past 2 months I've been charged twice for my subscription. I have no reason to lie about this. I have sent information and keep getting the run around instead of someone saying they will fix th issue. I will NOT send in my personal bank statements as proof because I don't know who or where it will be going. I love my subscription, but I am on the verge of canceling because I WILL NOT continue to be charged $10.99 twice a month. I dont have multiple accounts just mine. So what is the problem?
