What I know of i only have one spotify account but still I'm charged twice every month. When I log in and check transactions everything looks right so it seems like there is another account that I dont know about that I'm paying for. I hop you can help me solve this.
It does sound like you have subscribed twice. Don't panic, the payment team will sort this out if you get in touch using the online contact form. You might receive an automated response directing you back to the community or the FAQs in which case please reply to it, even though it is a no-reply address, to make sure it reaches one of the team.
