So I signed for 30 day Spotify Premium trial and I tought that tommorow  13.04.2016 my trial will end. So I go into settings today 12.04.2016 to cancel It because I didn't find It so usefull and what do I see... I have been charged the monthly payment of 4.99 euro and my premium is extended untill the next month. I wasn't notified for any of that, I wasn't asked If I want to continue with my subscribition, and now I don't know what to do... I feel tricked! Is there any way to get a refund If I'm cancelling my subscribition at the day I was charged?

Every month paid, spotify sends an email receipt, so check your spam folder if you received it.

 

You should login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
 
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and check your payment info.
 
 
You can still get a refund if interested. Contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
