Charged a month later

I cancelled my account a month ago and still got charged, I followed all the steps in the contact form, but I complete it and it brings me right back to where I started, I want a phone number, or some place I can submit a ticket. I loved spotify until I had to deal with their customer support because nothing is clear, can someone actually help me please?
