Charged after premium cancellation

I've been charged the last two months $14.99 each months
when I cancelled my premium subscription three months ago. My app and Spotify online says I'm a free member. Has anyone else had this problem?

Looks like you're getting charged from a Family subscription.

Is there any chance you are paying Premium for someone else?
