I recently tried to purchase Spotify but it didn't let me... But I noticed I got charged twice for the premium subscription. I went to see if I had the premium but it still said that it was free so I don't know what to do... I can't cancel because I don't have premium, so I am stuck..
I have the same problem. I bought the premium service yesterday and thought it would be a matter of time to activate. My credit card has been charged by spotify, but my account is still free and I haven´t received any mail with the receipt since then..
