Charged but My Account isn't giving me my whole subscription

Charged but My Account isn't giving me my whole subscription

So, On April 13th, I was charged 10$ for this month, and I can only afford one month, so I canceled it (a week or so ago) to end after this month. But now, on my account, my premium says it's going to end today, April 28th. Not only that, but it doesn't show that I paid for it in my receipts on my account either, when i clearly did.

It sounds like you have more than one account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to create an account? I'd check those email inboxes for an email confirmation for upgrading to Premium. That will help you identify where the subscription is registered.
