You've charged me £9.99 on the 13th may but I've cancelled my subscription weeks ago, I'd like a refund please user name is andyu1991.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. It usually takes 24 to 48hrs from Spotify to reply.

How do you make a formal complaint

Contacting Spotify through that link should work, just remember to reply even though Spotify will send you a message from a No-Reply address.
